I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order on Monday for flowers to be handed out for Mother’s Day. The flowers were picked up today and needed to be packaged in a way that would safely allow multiple people to distribute them on Saturday. I specifically needed the process to be simple and organized. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I felt like a burden rather than a customer. The employee assisting me seemed frustrated by my questions and concerns. The flowers were not wrapped or protected, despite several stems already being bent or broken while being handled in the store. Originally, each flower was supposed to include a water tube, but instead I was handed a bag of tubes and told to do it myself, for more than 100 flowers. Additionally, I was informed the tubes only last a few hours, making it impractical to prepare them ahead of time. I repeatedly asked for professional guidance on the best way to transport and protect the flowers, but I felt dismissed each time. In the end, I had to make an additional trip to Dollar Tree to purchase plastic vases just to keep the flowers secure. I was also disappointed in the overall quality of the flowers,

I recently had my baby shower here and it was amazing. The atmosphere is very cozy and it is decorated so we didn’t need to bring much in at all. The food and hospitality are great. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for any event or gathering!

We had my daughter’s Sweet 16 here, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The venue is stunning — beautifully decorated, spotless, and spacious enough for everyone to dance and celebrate comfortably. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly; they were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the night special. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the atmosphere, and the amazing service. Every detail — from the lighting to the details on the card suitcase — was flawless. My daughter said it was the best night of her life, and I couldn’t agree more! If you’re looking for a place to host a memorable event, I can’t recommend ATOVxLO enough. Our florist, Joanna, was absolutely incredible from start to finish for our wedding. She was endlessly patient, taking the time to listen to every idea and answer all my questions, and she had such a calming way of making me feel completely confident in her vision and skills. On the wedding day, she delivered beyond anything I imagined—our bouquets were breathtaking and the centerpieces were pure perfection. Every arrangement felt fresh, elegant, and unforgettable. Perfect Baby Shower location! I stumbled upon A Touch of Vermont via a Facebook group recommendation and I am so glad I did! I was in search of a low maintenance (for me) place to host my baby shower—the fact that they provide it all including food, beverages & desserts, not to mention beautiful florals, made choosing A Touch of Vermont a no brainer! On the day of, the staff were extremely attentive & caring, and helped us with everything we needed. We were also able to bring in our own mimosa bar and party favors, and there were appropriate areas to set them up nicely. To top it all off, we were sent home with trays of the extra food & desserts! All my guests were raving about how perfectly everything came together and it is all thanks to Kerrie and her team. Genuinely writing this review so that more people have the chance to find this local gem.
